- Provider verification details (if you apply as a provider): legal name, personal ID details and optional uploaded documents (e.g., ID photos, driving license, vehicle papers) as required by the Service workflow.
- Chat and communications: messages sent through in-app chat, and support requests/tickets.
- Device/technical data: app version, device identifiers, log data, and diagnostic information (for reliability and security).
- Notifications token: Firebase/FCM token to send push notifications (e.g., order updates, chat notifications).
- Payments and financial records: transaction-related information if you use paid features or payment methods inside the Service.
3) How we use information
- To create and manage your account and provide core app features.
- To match customers with nearby providers and enable navigation and delivery workflows.
- To operate in-app chat and send service notifications (e.g., order status changes).
